ViralSparkApp is desktop software distributed via NOWPayments. By purchasing or using the software you agree to these Terms.

A purchase grants a personal or team license according to your plan (Starter, Pro, Agency, Lifetime). Unauthorized redistribution, key sharing, or reverse engineering beyond applicable law is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for content you create, prompts you submit, and how you publish or monetize outputs.

Third-party AI providers (for example Replicate, ElevenLabs) require your own accounts and API keys. Their fees and terms apply separately.

This software is provided 'as is'. The developer is not responsible for the content generated by the AI models.
